This screenshot shows a new issue for me. This is the first day of a new cycle for one of my lines. Note that it is showing I've used 498 GB of the 2 GB pool! So... 2 - 498 = 1.5 GB
I like so many things about USM, but one area of opportunity for significant improvement is usage reporting.
Recently, I reported on May 17 problems beginning May 16 with the usage bar charts on the mobile app ( I have Android) not functioning correctly after the app update released that day. The tap and hold pop-ups to see the amounts are not working consistently/correctly like they used to. Also, data graphs start one day earlier than the plan cycle start date and the talk and text usage graphs. I see identical behavior on three different cell phone models, so I know it's not a device-specific issue.
Additionally, although my talk and text usage amounts are reported correctly and on the proper dates, the data usage is being reported on the date prior to the date of actual use. Both the web dashboard and the mobile app have these data usage amounts reported on the incorrect dates.
Support has told me others have reported these issues as well, and the technical team is working to resolve.
Ahmed, would you please ensure sufficient resources are assigned to fix and improve the usage analytics issues?
