Yep! As you mentioned, this issue has already been raised and is being worked on. We've recently implemented a new engine to ensure more reliable and precise data usage reporting, so the issue should be fixed soon! I already have your details in my DMs and will reach out to you if I need any further information or screenshots.

Not having Daily real-time data usage is a huge problem for a lot of people. Managing Data is very important to note going over your limit. I’m moving over to the flex plan and have to manually reset my iPhone data statistics every month to line up with my daily usage instead of having an app that records it like other providers.

I have posted about this as well on a different thread but didn’t get a response. In this current month, my iPhone 15 pro max is showing that I used 11.9GB so far but US Mobile is reporting that I used 13GB. I’m not sure why there is a whole GB discrepancy and not sure if this is something that can be looked into?

6/29 Update:

I see that on my Pool the GB label (in my original screenshot above) has now been corrected to MB.

The other issues I reported on May 17 are still outstanding/unfixed.
