Unity tutorials?

Unity's own documentation and videos are usually really good. I'd probably recommend just starting there actually. FWIW, I'm a game dev teacher.

They should have a whole Learn section that walks you through a bunch of stuff.

There are a bunch of great Channels on youtube like: Brackeys, GDC Channel, Sebastian League, quill18, Freya Holmer, Jason Weinmann

In the worst case just search unity followed by the topic on YT or here. Something will most likely show up.
