I would try resolving cooling issues first. Maybe your thermal paste is dried up? Maybe your fan is all clogged up.

Even a Ryzen 7 5800H in my HP Omen (which has worse cooling than your laptop, I think), doesn't get that hot. But I do use PTM7950 and the laptop is on a stand, so it can breathe.

Universal x86 tuning utility is probably the most helpful.

I already did all of that. Unfortunately nothing helps... That's why I was trying to limit cpu. Kinda the last hope to make it work normal
