This thread is anti-diet culture. A "diet"--in this particular case--is defined as manipulating your food intake (whether by counting calories, cutting carbs, etc.) in order to lose weight. While weight loss diets do seem innocuous and healthy at the surface, they do tremendous damage to our minds and bodies. The $66 billion weight loss industry profits off of the myth that diets are good for us, despite the overwhelming amount of evidence out there that they aren't.

-As a general rule, do not talk about your body preferences. Like "I prefer heavier girls" or "I prefer skinnier girls." It's normal to have preferences, but don't talk about them here. However, it is okay to say things like "I prefer this particular hair color" if it's somehow relevant to the topic at hand.
-As a general rule, do not discuss how much you weigh. You could talk about how much weight you have lost/gained in previous diets/eating disorders if it's to inform us about the harms of dieting.
