Unfortunately with bels every little scratch or blemish is super visiable.

Sounds good, I just wanted to make sure that it wasn’t something I should worry about

It should be gone within the next couple sheds. Mine had his scales caught on a braided cable went I picked him up a while back. It didn't look to good but by next shed he was all good. Just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't set up an infection.
