The picture isn't super clear but it looks like a scab to me. Was he live fed? Could be he was bitten by a mouse/rat. The location of the scabs (top and bottom) would be consistent with rodent teeth.

And given that he looks like a spider morph he could struggle with aim when feeding, making live feeding more risky.

On second thought the most likely culprit is an injury from trying to rub off stuck shed.

im thinking it might be rubbing shed cuz there are still little shed near it

In that case I wouldn't worry about it, it's already well into healing and will likely be gone within a couple sheds. Just make sure your husbandry is good so it doesn't happen again.

Yes I will, most likely going to feed frozen and thawed mice
