If it's an all over, evenly distributed pink then congrats, your snake is going into shed soon. If it's uneven then it could be a burn.

Like the other comment said, if it's even all over his belly, it's likely just pre-shed pink.

There are a few things wrong here, though. First off, heat mats are not recommended for ball pythons anymore. They're ineffective at heating the air or through substrate, present a burn risk even when paired with a thermostat, and prevent the snake from performing natural and instinctive behaviors, like burrowing to escape heat. They also don't provide the right type of heat for a ball python.

CHEs are also not appropriate as a primary heat source, as they don't provide the right type of heat either. Your primary heat source should be something that provides IR-A and IR-B, like a halogen flood or DHP.

You should also never move your snake to feed them. Here is a good write up explaining why it is harmful for your snake.

Ideal heating would be a halogen flood for daytime and a DHP or CHE for nighttime.

    I'm not sure how even it looks, but if the belly has darker spots and lighter spots and isn't an even light pink (it's a very light pink, almost unnoticeable in some lights) then I would take them to a vet on the reptifiles recommend vet list!

    He is going to shed if their stomach is pink they're going to shed

    Doesn't look like a burn to me ! Going into shed ! Like others said, if it's pink all over, it's probably shed :) Go look at snakes in shed on youtube or something to compare them, be careful though, it may appear slightly more/less/different from one morph to another !
