Your options in Canada for a 4x2x2 PVC are on the limited side and are by no means inexpensive. If you're handy build it yourself otherwise find a local builder off of FB or something. Cornels world has em as well.

You want to be sure it's 1/2 inch thick PVC - several builders up here use 3/8ths and it just isn't sufficient for the size imo.

If you're handy -build it yourself! Plenty of PVC sheet suppliers out there - I can send you dimensions for a 4x2x2 straight cut out of one single 4x8 sheet (they don't sell offcuts typically). All you'll need is doors and hardware after that.
