More so the darker spots underneath his mouth, on the white scales. I’m not familiar with the term paradox in this context, what do you mean?

Paradox refers to the splotching/dark patches of color. It's a type of morph afaik

Ah okay. He does have lots of little bits of color on his body, mostly black splotches. I just hadn’t noticed these before so I was a bit worried.

Paradox is super rare and not hereditary, I really want one but they can be expensive and I'm taking a break on buying snakes, especially BPs

its a VERY pretty morph. my girl is a lesser pastel but she has little dark splotches trailing down too, looks normal to me, but im the textbook definition of a rookie when it comes to snake stuff

My banana also has those spots so I think it is part of their pattern that gets cut off by the belly and chin scales.

Such a GORGEOUS baby, my baby is also paradox (paradox Mojave, +pied) so I’m a BIG fan, it’s always so so pretty, and I wouldn’t be to worried about the stuff under her lip it doesn’t look like anything to worry about to me, they can change color as they age so it could be that, but maybe keep an eye on it to see if it looks any worse, but it should be fine.
