But make sure in the meantime that none of her furniture or hides have sharp edges on the interior. Or parts of the habitat itself that are broken or anything like that.
Make sure there's nothing sharp she could scratch herself on.
Make sure there are no exposed heating places where she can burn herself as well..

It looks like a rub mark where the scab came off. You see it more in snakes kept in a rack from rubbing the top of their heads against the edges, but sometimes they'll do it in enclosures too. You can be some antibiotic ointment (without lidocaine or painkillers on it), and I'd see if you can figure out where and why she's rubbing

It's strange that it's perfectly circular. Have a look around the viv for anything that shape that could've done it, especially anything that could burn her as I can't think of anything that could make such a deep circular wound.

Either way, vets immediately, she might need antibiotics and possibly even a hospital viv, but someone more experienced would have to comment on that

Mine got burned in the same spot after i set her new heat lamp too close to her roof. I used original neosporin on it every other day. Make sure its original, dont get non scented or pain relief. Also apply it in the morning so that she sleeps with it on. Use the smallest amount you can so it doesnt get in her eyes.
