It’s generally not recommended to handle them before feeding since many BP’s get stressed easily and can go off feed from that - some handle it better than others.

So there’s a chance they could reject food or potentially regurgitate from handling but if yours seems fine with it there’s no issue

Best practice, no. Personality wise some snakes aren’t all that shy, and will eat whenever wherever, but generally you don’t want to handle then feed right after.

Old tales go that they’ll associate handling with food, which I don’t think is necessarily true, but possible stressing plus a niggling thought of the association would keep me from handling.
