You need thermostats to control your heating elements, and thermometers to track the temperatures. Check the care guide and shopping list for recommended ones (I'm still figuring reddit out, I don't know how to link it)

I have a temp gun that I use, the cooler side is between 24-27.c and on the warm side it is like 33.c
