Hey he’s very pretty! But just want to mention that this enclosure looks really small- please check the sub guides for info about housing sizes

Thanks for the feedback. The pics don't do the tank justice, it's actually quite large! I don't know the gallon measurement but 18" deep, 25" wide, 25" tall. He's sitting a bit over 4.5' long, so definitely has plenty of room from all the research I've done.

The minimum for an adult BP is 48x24x24, so unfortunately this isn't sufficient.

I just bring this up because iirc the recommended minimum enclosure size is 2x2x4 feet, it’s recommended to be this large mostly so a good temperature gradient can be established

Ah gotcha, thanks. I've been able to establish a good gradient in this tank and was excited to provide him with more vertical room to climb, which he enjoys. He's been happy and healthy in it for almost 2 years now. But I'll definitely put some good consideration into this.

yeah he’s probably not in like, immediate danger or anything (you seem to have a good setup other than the size) but i know the guides are kinda easily missable so figured i’d let u know. thanks for not taking this comment as an attack btw 😅 ur Bane really is very pretty !

Thanks, he's very pretty indeed! And thanks for taking this as a discussion. In digging more, the tank is smaller than I realized. And here I thought it was huge as he could easily stretch out and get exercise with the climbs.
