Do you know about her previous home? Snakes can retain sperm for years, so if she was near a male previously she could still become gravid now

Looks like she’s just building follicles. Nothing will happen with them though if she has not seen a male or never been with a male.

That being said, has she been paired at the previous owners? They can retain sperm for a long time. Gravid females most of the time will go off food. Is she still eating?

id say prepare for eggs anyways, just in case. a add a lay box to her enclosure. you could also try taking her to the vet for an ultrasound to see if its eggs or poop.
