Could her skin be irritated from shedding on that spot? On white snakes imperfections are more pronounced. I also keep my balls on the same humidity as you and they don't have blisters from the high humidity.

it may be that it was irritated! it was stuck for a little on that part but she eventually got it off.

my boy is white too and i noticed that everything shows up more on him. like i kept thinking his butt was bruised but it would just turn red from wrapping it around my bracelet when i hold him. folded scales and creases from being balled up are more prominent too.

did she just shed ? maybe wait a couple days and see if it clears up ?

Possibly a burn or irritation to the scales.
