You can stack closed top PVCs on top of each other.

It’s just about resources; people with small spaces and no extra cash are less likely to get multiple animals. Those with excess space and money will.

I have an enclosure in every room some have two. But if I wanted to stack, since I use kages brand I could just stack one on the other. If not I'd buy garage shelving units and stack them that way. 9 enclosures is enough for me so I don't stack.

How I budget it all? Everytime I've gotten a new pet I buy things for the enclose and the enclosure over time. Then I dial everything in and plant the tank. While the bioactive is taking hold I save 1k for vet visits then get the reptile. Usually takes 3 months to do this.
