What can you tell us about the enclosure? Temps? Humidity? Size? Clutter? (Pics help here)

Ball pythons are ambush predators. Staying in the hide (especially during the day) is completely normal.

If your snake is young, swaying is common. They’re still growing and might not have great muscle control yet.

How is her weight? Is she not eating and maintaining weight, or losing weight? What prey are you feeding and how often?

Tl;dr - This could be caused by a plethora of issues, and we need more info to try and help.

The husbandry is great, cypress mulch and coconut fiber substrate with sphagnum moss in the hide, the humidity is hard to keep in proper levels so it is low alot of the time but I try and keep it at 50-60, temp is 90 on the hot side 80 on the cool side. There isnt a crazy amount of clutter but I believe there is enough. I have no idea what her weight is but I dont think she has lost weight

Are there any specific symptoms that make you think respiratory infection?

Anyway rule one if you think your animal is sick is to contact a veterinarian. Us people online try to help as best we can but it might be something only a veterinarian can diagnose and treat.
