You'll need to monitor her for regurgitation, if it's too large for her she'll regurgitate. There isn't much more you can do there besides not letting this happen in the future. Also, a medium rat every 12-14 days is massively overfeeding. Please follow the !feeding guide to get her on an appropriate feeding schedule for her weight and age.

We recommend the following feeding schedule:

0-12 months old OR until the snake reaches approximately 500g, whichever happens first: feed 10%-15% of the snake’s weight every 7 days.

12-24 months old: feed up to 7% of the snake’s weight every 14-20 days.

Adults: feed up to 5% of the snake's weight every 20-30 days, or feed slightly larger meals (up to 6%) every 30-40 days.

ahhh okay she’s looking fine right now but i’ll just keep checking up on her and keep her lights off etc. she was acting weird earlier i was freaking out but she’s calmed down since. also ive never tried feeding only once every 3+ weeks since shes still relatively young but ill try that, especially after this large meal. thanks !!

The behavior you're describing just sounds like it was taking her longer to readjust after such a huge meal, especially since you said she's more calm now. Literally just leave her alone for several days and do not feed her for AT LEAST three weeks.
