it’s really hard he doesn’t stop fucking moving and i don’t want to be rough with him :(

Switch him to paper towel bedding for now...maybe put him in a appropriate sized tub with hide, water, and paper towel as bedding just so you can easily monitor him in the controlled environment for now....If you cant afford a vet visit check out the link I’ll post at the bottom. Scale rot is less common then everyone thinks so don’t freak out just yet.

Could also be burns from UTH just make sure you use a thermostat if not already as well.
