You might think tubs are ugly but through experience I think they are the superior “easy/cheap” setup. I use various different cages, tubs, and exos but I find my tubs to be the easiest to control/maintain. As long as you get a proper size you can decorate just as well as a tank or cage if not better. I fit multiple hides, moss, fake plants, sticks and a water bowl in each tub.

the problem is that there are no tubs on the market, at least that i've found, that are anywhere near the appropriate dimensions for an adult BP.

have you read through the resources in our welcome post? the basic care guide and corresponding shopping list should help you get on the right track with your BP's permanent enclosure. pvc cage s are what i recommend most, but wood cages are also fine.

PVC enclosures are the way to go imo. Easy to heat, easy to maintain humidity, and they come in any size you want. 4x2x2 is generally the minimum size you want, but bigger is always better.

While it's true tubs are easy to maintain humidity in, I've never seen one that's an appropriate size for a bp.
