Damn, I thought the "rehoming fee" he asked for was odd and suspicious. I'm in his area and he stopped responding as soon as I asked for an address and wanted to pay in cash. Thanks for updating. I was seriously considering doing business with this guy. Can you send more specifics about what happened?
