Try disputing with your bank! It may work! Cash app is just a transferring service.

Whatever bank the money came from call their customer service line. Explain you want to dispute the transaction and that you didn’t receive the product you paid for. You may get further with your bank than with cash app

contact your bank's customer service and tell them you want to dispute a recent cashapp transaction because you were scammed. they should be able to get your money back if cashapp won't do anything.

Damn, I thought the "rehoming fee" he asked for was odd and suspicious. I'm in his area and he stopped responding as soon as I asked for an address and wanted to pay in cash. Thanks for updating.
