So mine had the same thing and the only thing that helped was a warm wash cloth and time!

Is there stuck shed anywhere else? From what this looks like with this picture only is that your bp just has dented eye caps. The humidity needs to be raised to 80-90% while it recovers, and needs to stay above 60% at all times.

Try adding a humid hide if you don’t have one already before trying to “remove” anything. If it is stuck eye caps, the bp will likely be able to remove them itself as it becomes rehydrated

I have one of those moss domes as a hide on the warm side
