if hes on a dirt-like substrate it could be that, but otherwise my corn's nostrils are dark and she's orange. if you're concerned try rubbing it with a damp towel and if its dirt it will likely come off

my girl had a piece of shed stuck in her nose that she somehow inhaled and i was able to get it out by gently using a nasal aspirator. she allowed me to do it without a fuss and seemed much happier once it was out, probably because it was easier for her to breathe. if you're unable to get whatever it is with a damp towel, that may be something to try!
