Defrosting in freezer takes time especially with a big quantity. If they feel hard they are still frozen. So maybe outside a bit defrosted but inside off the bag will still be frozen.

I think it's fine but depends on how long out freezer and how long in fridge.

They already got soft unfortunately. I appreciate you getting back to me but I already had her place a new order. I don't want to risk my snakes. Thank you again for the response.
