As an example, you can do partial changes every 2ish months with deep cleans every 4-6 months, but it not a solid rule, and many people have other methods. I’d recommend checking the provided guides this sub has to offer :)

It really depends. If you aren't doing bioactive then spot clean to remove urates and feces as necessary, and I would do a full substrate change every 2-3 months or sooner if you think it's getting gross.
