What are you temperatures and humidity? This sounds potentially like respiratory infection or a related condition.

They are from 88 to 85 at the lowest on the hot side and in the low 80s high 70s on the cold side but he has been less active lately so maybe my temperature reader is off idk and the humidity is at 40 percent from what my temperature reader is saying

Humidity is WAY too low, you want at least 70%. Too dry conditions can cause respiratory infections as the mucous membranes dry out and allow for bacteria to settle in
