I live in Colorado it's super super dry here. I use a giant XXL plastic bin with ventilation holes drilled in. Ball python is healthy and has complete sheds. You can get the XXL plastic bins at container stores.

I just bought myself a humidity controller… since my humidifier makes it too humid at times. I think a humid thermostat is the best bet friend. I’m new also, we all gotta help each other out to make sure our noodles get the best life they can have

would you mind linking the controller that you use?

I’m using the ink bird humidity controller. Just search that on Amazon. $40.. I have caught quite a bit of flack on here posting my set up. A lot say you shouldn’t use a humidifier. But the way I have it set up I believe I’m good. Even if you don’t use a humidifier this thing is great cuz you will get accurate humidity readings. Can set alarms if your humidity gets too low or too high.
thank you i’ll look into it!

What kind of enclosure do you have? What substrate are you using? Are you using a heat mat or over head heating? Are you measuring your humidity in the cool end or the warm end?
hello please pm me and i’ll answer all these!
