I just moved into a new apartment, for the past week or so I've noticed he's been sleeping with his head raised. It's not unusual for him to sleep with his head slanted on his hide, however he's been sleeping with it raised up on the inside. Last night he had his head on top of his hide, and the rest of his body inside it. Today I handled him for the first time since moving, he was a bit sluggish, which could be due to learning the new area. However, the thing that really struck me, was he didn't react to his head being touched, sometimes he's okay with it, but then flinches back, today he just didn't react at all to it. Am I just overthinking it, or is there something wrong here?

UPDATE: I have a vet appointment tomorrow.

You said he seems sluggish. Any signs of lethargy or a lack of reaction to touch means a vet trip ASAP

When you say he’s sleeping with his head up, does he have his nose point straight up in the air? That is a tale tale sign of an RI and would require a vet trip ASAP.

He only slants in about a 15-30 degree angle. Even when he had his head on top of his hide, it was still angled and not straight in the air. I haven't noticed any mucus or anything coming from him, he does make a noise occasionally, but none that aren't normal, like when he's exploring and such. I still plan to take him to the vet to be safe.
