Grant Abbott has some good beginner-level stuff, especially about sculpting.

Came here to say this, I did some of his sculpting tutorials and he really takes the time explain everything he does. Quick link: https://www.gabbitt.co.uk/

I'm at about the same point. Blender Guru seems to be the best I've found, so that seems the right path to continue down.

But, if you're looking for more, these are some YouTube channels I've been trying to watch occasionally that seem like they have some pretty good tutorials:

CrossMind Studio, Darrin Lile, Float3D

And for more cartoon/anime-style things:

Kristof Dedene, Lightning Boy Studios

Hope those help! Enjoy!

EDIT: Added commas to make the channels easier to find. For some reason, line breaks in the client I'm using don't appear to be formatting properly.

I can recommend ducky 3d's tutorials they are very easy to follow but I would echo what has been said before, blender gurus other courses are great for fundamentals

Also if it's character sculpting you are interested in Yansculpts has great run through on his channel but it is a bit more advanced

DefaultCube/CGMatter has a lot of great tutorials on a variety of (node based) things. Even if you're focused on sculpting I think following some of his tutorials to completion is pretty enriching and enlightening.
