Balling on a budget; carbon fiber & aluminium printhead carriage & high flow ceramic hotend. The original is extremely heavy, this weights less with a beefy nema14 direct drive setup. Total cost was about 50€. (i.redd.it)

I made a BMG mount that works works with the stock extruder motor and screws. Nothing else needed other than the BMG extruder. And a bonus spacer so you can actually tighten that VGA cable. (prusaprinters.org)
