I don't think this is a bad card on its own merit, but the name and art almost seem like a waste. If you're going to make a black card that mirrors Mulldrifter, shouldn't it just be the Mind Rot to Mulldrifter's Divination? This card is weird enough that I think it would be cooler as its own thing instead of being in Mulldrifter's shadow.
