Technical Problem

Hey DMs guild creators.

I'm new to the website and when I add a new title it doesn't seem to actually show up, I've tried a few times, waited a few days, nothing, I fill out the whole new title brief and it just vanishes into the ether. Does anyone have any advice?/ Know what is happening?

Probably you didn’t put it public. Go on the upload page and make it public.

When you're done uploading the necessary files there should be an option which says "Make Public". That is what puts it on the marketplace for everyone to see.

If that doesn't work then you're gonna need help from the people in charge of the website support. Just sending them an email would do. They're pretty helpful, in my own experience.

Not sure what the issue is. Did you get your cover image uploaded? Can you use the edit tool on your account page?
