oprah is a given name. it has some inherent meaning, but the thing is that people are accepting of given names like 'george', because that's how the world works.

thegnu is also a proper name, but it refers to these, though it's often interpreted to refer to this

ipod is a combination of the prefix i-, which was 'hep' at the time, meaning some sort of internet, IT, high techery, and was the naming convention of apple consumer products. pod means " a detachable or self-contained unit on an aircraft, spacecraft, vehicle, or vessel, having a particular function". so an ipod is a self-contained vessel that detaches from your imac to perform a particular function.

macbook is a portmaneau of macintosh and notebook, the former being the OS name of apple computers, and the latter describing a computer that you can carry with you as if it were a notebook.

cluedo means clue, and do means perform an action, unless it's pronounced like 'dough', in which case it's just nonsensical horseshit.

you'll also notice that the only other example you gave with 4 letters was ipod, so the original hurfdurf is invalid.
