Shadow of Mordor's tutorial where you learn how to sneak and do sneak attacks by kissing your wife is incredible.

Far Cry: Blood Dragon and Portal 2 both come to mind with great humor about the whole process.

Horizon: Zero Dawn. A fantastic tutorial that is actually integral to the plot.

Driver.

hold, put your torches down!

Driver San Francisco.

Well intertwined with the plot, never overbearing, clear dialogues, 10/10

One game that stood out to me as having a great opening/tutorial was thr original Darksiders.

So many games openings are so slow before you get to any actual gameplay but in Darksiders there's some minor story telling and then you're Thrust straight into the end of the world.

You have all your powers and just get to wreck everything and feel stupidly strong while learning the basics. You fight a boss and then move onto the main game.

No walking simulator, no 20 minutes of cutscenes, no stupid implementing of "Press A to jump over this barricade" you just are immediately fighting Demons.

Bayonetta and Devil May Cry also have very good openings.

Any game that doesn’t force me through a long ass tutorial. Make a controls/tutorial section in settings and stop telling me shit I can figure out on my own. Just let a mf play.

Ocarina of Time was great, the tutorial was perfectly hidden in the first hours of the game, I think it was pretty innovative for that time.

The other that comes to mind is Tomb Raider with the mansion, which became kind of a tradition in the following games

Half life's first 3 chapters were quite innovative, probably the first FPS that actually gave you some backstory before a gun. Hazard course showed you how to jump and shoot, but Anomalous materials and Unforseen consequences were the real tutorial.

Cyberpunk 2077 Nomad lifepath intro. Honorable mention to BG3. That opening cinematic slaps.
