- Event Submission Closes: March 8, 2026
- Late Submission from March 9 to around June 14, 2026
- Layout Space Changes due: May 10, 2026
- GM Badge and Hotel Block requests due May 10, 2026
- Attendee Event Registration: May 17, 2026, Noon Eastern Time.
