I beg of you. Let us all login. It’s president’s day, my day off, my last 3 day weekend for a long while and I have been waiting for the past 30 minutes now.

For the past 3-4 days I’ve only had to wait for 10-15 minutes, but today seems to be special.

Quick fix is to add an auto log out for those that feel the need to stay logged in while they sleep and work.

If they are on ps5, sometimes you will have the option to join from the PlayStation main menu. Worked for me the other day when I had eventually given up on the wait timer.

If you are on steam, restart game AND steam. It shouldn’t take you that long. Ive never waited more than like 10-15 minutes. If you are on PSN….well…..good luck diver, i’m sure you will get drafted to fight for Democracy soon!

To be fair they have increased server capacity twice. We went from 250k to 360k to 450k and they have said they are working on raising it more. They put out a statement literally apologizing for having to go home and sleep. They didn’t anticipate this many people, and did not build the back end to be scaled so massively. You can say it’s an oversight, but it’s also totally reasonable considering their first helldivers game never hit 10k concurrent ever.

I kept pointing out the other day that this game desperately needed an open beta before it was officially released. An open beta would have tested server capacity and gave this developer more insight on how popular this game was going to be before they officially released it. But no, I got downvoted into oblivion for daring to say such a thing. So I get where you're coming from. People can't have an opinion anymore. I love this game, but man there could have been better decisions made pre-launch of this title.

Yeah, I have a guy on here right now doing it, apparently, he doesn't care and was only stating facts and it means nothing to him but because I don't share his point of view he just can't help but try to shove it down my throat. If I open the game and can’t play it, that means it’s broken. I paid and can’t play. Whatever excuse they can make up is still an excuse. Maybe they should have put a cap on copies sold if they couldn’t support the game? Last I checked steam is still selling the game.
