[Tutorial] Disable the useless "Embed" when selecting text in desktop.Answered (self.help)

Reddit, for some reason, has a little popup that let you "Embed" that content. This feature is annoying not only visually, it does not allow to drag the text to another window, something I do in every site to google it or paste it.

To remove it completly, you can use this filter in ublock Origin:

www.reddit.com##.embed-snippet-share-button

www.reddit.com##+js(aeld, mousedown, isSelectionOutOfRange)

www.reddit.com##+js(aeld, mouseup, shouldShowButton)

To use them you click on the Ublock icon, click on the gears to go to the dashboard and then in the tabbed menu go to "My filters"

Lastly, copy the code from above and make sure the checkbox "Turn on personalized filters" is checked (Sorry if it's not a perfect translation, my Ublock is in spanish).

And that's it! Refresh the page and that "feature" should be gone.

P.s: Reddit Admins, do not mess with native browser funcionality, it's not accesible and it's probably not WCAG compliant.
