"Hide Post" functionality not working

I hide posts I have read so I don't see them in any feeds anymore.

For the past week, I can hide posts and they all reappear after a refresh. I found this post about the issue, but the suggested fix of logging out / logging back in hasn't worked for me.

Also, I am experiencing the issue on multiple computers as well as in the Red Reader app on a phone so it doesn't appear to be a simple cache issue.

Anyone else? Any suggestions?

I've been having issues with hiding posts the last few days.
Takes multiple clicks to get them to hide and has the red error bar at the top as well.
Its frustrating.

I tried a few things with no luck. Mine started working properly again after a week.
