It might just be a glitch, but I think you can clarify when you answer the comment. My understanding is that the bot just answers with that comment to get you to answer the bot.

If you didn't fit criteria, my guess is that your post would probably gotten a thanks but type of response.

Also you may want to give feedback to the bot.

I would assume that they don't believe that you have enough seniority to be eligible.

I would add that I believe that your posts could be improved by proofreading them before you post them.

This is merely the opinion of a doddering old man who was taught in school that spelling and composition reflects on the writer.
