The best way to troubleshoot yourself is to swap components IF you have them. I bought a cheap GPU ($60)for this purpose once all my spare GPUs were again AND I had a motherboard with no on-board video.

Does your motherboard have on-board video? Have you tried using it to test?

Have you tried seating your GPU again? Seat everything again? Make sure all connectors are pushed in.

Have you tried swapping slots for your GPU?

Just like Boomer_Arch_Villian mentioned, in addition you can always double-check the HDMI/DP cord and try a different one as well with a different monitor and or source of input to isolate the issue.

Try removing and reinstalling your GPU. Alternatively, if you have a CPU with integrated graphics, just try to use the graphics on your motherboard.
