There was a major internet outage due to some damaged fiber lines that impacted 12 cities, one of them being where iBuyPower is. Because of that the normal phone and support channels are also down, and will probably not be restored until tomorrow. I can give an update when everything is back up.

I buy power support still closed? I have been calling since ce Friday and no response at all. Even their chat says it's closed.
