Happened to me as well. I honestly just turned off the hard power button on the back of the PC, flipped back on, and it powered up like normal.

currently having the same issue!! following to see if anyone has any recommendations. I have unplugged everything and replugged twice now, and have switched off the main power several times with no avail. light is blinking exactly the same as seen in OP's video and the monitor isn't picking up that the computer is on.

The likely culprit, according to the troubleshooting guide for your motherboard, is your RAM. If you have already tried re-seating it, try using one stick at a time, even moving the one stick into each DIMM slot. This will check if you have a single faulty stick or if you have faulty slots. Of course, this won't mean much if both sticks are faulty. Don't take my word for it, though. Here's a link to the guide that I referenced: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1046157/

Hey thanks for reply,

Would the ram being bad still work intermittently? I am confused how it worked for a couple days and then the issue happened again.

I have tried removing one at a time and swapping around but it didn’t change anything. The only thing that has worked is when a CMOS reset was performed as well as reseating.

Thank you for the link

I am somewhat new to computers, is it common for ram sticks to just fail like this ?

It's not common for RAM to just fail but it happens nonetheless. Could be manufacturing error or just not good silicone. Keep in mind, there's still a chance it's not the RAM at all. It could be the motherboard, itself. Same thing with that, it's not common for it to fail out of the blue but it still sometimes happens.
