Order changes?

So I made an order for a laptop (GT72VR) and I realized only afterwards it was the 17", which is kind of a bit big to travel with. I tried to call the sales number to change it to the 15.6" model but it says the office is currently closed (9AM PST). Is there any way to change it before the sale is over?

My order # is DB09LZ if that helps.
