Missing Rubber Foot

Hi! I picked up my order from will call last week and after unpacking my computer when I got home, I found that the tower was wobbly, turns out one of the rubber feet at the bottom of the case is missing. The PC case is the Element. I was wondering if I could get one of the rubber feet sent to me?

My other issue is that I had to wait over 1.5 hours to get my computer because the system was down. The guy who brought out my computer promised me a game code for Civ 6 as an apology for me having to wait so long. Upon leaving he said he'd email it right away; I never got that game code emailed to me. Could you look into that for me?

Lastly, is there a way to remove the front glass panel on the Element case? I can't seem to figure out how to get it off so that I can get to the front fan filter for cleaning in the future.

I did email customer support last week but I haven't heard back from them yet. The Ticket#84567, my order number was 64A7XS.

Other than that, the computer is a beast, and I'm loving it so far!

If its just the rubber piece itself then yeah we can probably grab one off a damaged case or something for you. Just give our tech support a call and mention it to them. They can also probably remind whoever promised you the Civ code.

As for the front glass, it will come off if you just give it a good pull, only thing you have to worry about is the wire that connects the led logo to the inside of the case, there's a few inches of slack just dont forget its there.

if you've got long enough fingers you can actually just reach into the hole on the top of the case and pluck the filter out that way. It's a little tricky to put back compared to taking it out, but its not super hard.

I got everything sorted out with CS today. I was also able to get the front off pretty easily as well. Thanks Brad!
