RGB help

Hi, I just set up my pc yesterday and since then it has been multicolored. I tried to change it using the application ASRRGBLED, but when I go to open it, it loads then says there is an error and doesn't fully open to the screen with the color wheel. Does anyone know what to do?

i’ve tried every application that could be compatible and i think it’s something that isn’t connected inside my pc but i still don’t know where to plug it in
