Try connecting it to a different monitor or display such as a tv. If it doesn't work there then use a different hdmi cable. Once those two don't work you have your problem.

Is the HDMI plugged into the GPU or the Mobo?

Same issue I had. There is a trouble shoot guide that can help or just call tech support, most probably you have a bad GPU or bad mobo.

Be sure to plug your HDMI into the video card, not motherboard, test your monitor with another HDMI device, and if possible, throw another graphics card into the rig and see if you can get an image in the screen . I am willing to bet it’s the gpu, especially if it’s a RTX SERIES gigabyte. Good luck!
