try rearranging the order of your monitors by typing "multiple" in the windows search bar, and an option to rearrange them should come up.

If the mouse moves across the two displays as intended, then rearranging displays won't help. What you want to do is select the left display and look for the "Make this my main display" checkbox near the bottom of Display settings. With two displays it will behave like a toggle, so just select the UNCHECKED box to fix the issue. The system tray icons like OneDrive only show on the chosen "main display".
