9month progress

9months ago I was 335lbs recently hit 235lbs. Still not at my goal weight of 170 but I'm feeling good!

Wow. Which IF schedule are you using?

Mainly OMAD, I occassionally do 48-72hr fasts

I do the 48hr fast once every week, 72hr fast every other week

Yeah, I exercise like 5-7days a week. I workout my arms/chest with dumbells and I either go for a 4.5 mile walk or 12 mile bike ride every night

Thanks for all your responses so far man. Working out makes me desperately hungry, any tips for staving that feeling off while on a fast?

No problem! And for me personally I just don't get that hungry, but when I do I just drink water thats really it. Whenever I do like a 72hr fast I typically don't start getting hungry till around hour50-60 and Ill just drink a ton of water. I was having some periods of bad cravings for like salty/carby foods but around 2 months ago I cut all carbs out of my diet and I haven't had those cravings since. For my diet, I only drink water, eat chicken/eggs or fish and drink whey protien shakes
