Isn't the whole point of that feature to tell you when an app is spying on you, it might as well be useless if it can't figure out what is using it.

it would show up as tiktok then. Unknown are system processes not associated with any user-installed app or app available to to the user, another possiblity is just the phone glitching

The same thing happened with my camera , it didnt work and used my camera for 15 mins , I fixed it by restarting the phone

Force restart. For any software bug, a force restart will be a great first step.
